Our Canadian justice system is less than par. Where the innocent get life sentences while the criminals get a slap on the wrist, making Police’s jobs much harder than it should be. Bring back the chain gang, make criminals accountable for their crimes instead of giving them diplomas paid by all of us tax payers!! I've heard of the story before..but, I didn't realize it took place in Canada 🇨🇦 🍁 (Chilliwack BC)..& I was really young when it happened. But I remember hearing about it as I got older..& I stumbled across Jo-Ann's story..I couldn't believe how long ago it was..February 1983..So, have you covered it, if not could you? This woman went through hell and even so called friends did nothing to help her. She was on her own through this nightmare and what about her neighbours comment "we were shocked at the murder". What did you think the end result was going to be after the years of torment. I watch a lot of these crime documentaries and particularly through this period the police have been sorely lacking in providing protection.
